- The meeting between the two parties clarified: load requirements, appearance effects, budget range

- Output "Project Requirements Confirmation" (including signed version by both parties)

Ⅱ. Scheme design and quotation

1. **Free scheme design**

- Provide design scheme within 5 working days (including floor plan + elevation + section)

- The scheme clarifies: structure type, steel consumption estimation, foundation requirements

2. **Accurate quotation**

- Provide detailed quotation after signing the confidentiality agreement

- Includes: material brand (Baosteel/Ansteel, etc.), construction technology, tax details

Ⅲ. Contract signing and preparation

1. **Contract signing**

- Use the sample text of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and focus on:

2. **Preparation for construction**
